6.1 at 4.45am today.. 6.2 last night... I feel like a ping-pong ball in a bucket of water... :)

5.2 at least this man flu is not effecting my BG levels, it's a funny old thing this T2, different strokes for different folks. Anyhow going to have a day in bed and try to sweat it out. Work can wait.

Have a good day everyone.

4.6
Not really a fasting result as I've been awake since nine last night having spent all day yesterday in bed drugged up to the eye balls to escape spinal pain.
I've been drinking tea and had a couple of yoghurt's through the night.

Do you feel a bit better today? I hope so...

Sounds like a good idea wrap up warm

5.5 this morning. For me still too high for where I am but maybe due to a high protein supper last night? Three egg mushroom and onion omelette... But still just 800 calories for the day.

5.8 fasting
I always take my readings after shower so in reality they would probably be a little lower than these but I am very happy with these readings too :)
