No problems at all :)

Supposedly some can tolerate straight popcorn, others cannot ...... I hate the stuff. The "savoury" was the bit that bothered me.
I definitely can but as said in another message with how lightweight it is just a quarter of 25g bag is enough... Approx 5g of carbs using your 75% figure
Edit.: my book gives a 75g portion as 37g carbs LOW GI/GL. Now that's a HUGE portion....

6.4 mmol / L after a sleep deprived night.
Pre bed reading of 4.7 mmol / L in the early hours of this morning.

5.8 again this morning. Something that I'm not happy with is going on......
Once is a blip, twice could be coincidence, tomorrow has to be below 5.3, otherwise I may have grilled Liver, bacon and onion gravy soon. ;-)

You're not on Codefree strips, from the batch ending 4144 are you, Mandingo? Those have been found to read a bit higher by some of us.

@AndBreathe
No, I currently use Accu-Chek Aviva.

Hands washed with soap, tested twice on both days, strips from different batches used.

My normal routine has changed a little in that I do my 3 mile nightly jog outdoors, instead of on the treadmill, apart from that everything is the same.

@Mandingo dont worry give it some more time, I was worried too but its fallen in place now, are you keeping your kit somewhere which has lot of moisture? mine was in the bathroom and bluetit suggested I move it, so now its in the living room which is always warm and lot less moisture.

@AndBreathe I think the reason my readings were high were coz of weather and moisture, once that was sorted my reading gradually came down.
How are you doing, you dont post your readings anymore?

I'm absolutely fine, thanks for asking, Brettsza.

I've had a particularly busy few weeks, one way or another, and when I came away this time, I was a bit under the weather for a couple of weeks. Nothing to do with the big D; just one of those things, followed by another of those things!

To be honest, I don't bother posting on here any more as I'm now in a different time zone, and sometimes find it more than enough just reading back through the posts I've missed that UK morning. Sometimes it's several pages.

As my numbers rarely vary from my 3.5-4.5 range, I probably don't add much to the thread any more, as others' knowledge has grown. I still post from time to time though.
