4.2
Bit to low that I like 4.5 better but I've only just got out of bed.
Normally had breakfast long past by now so I think that's it.
Last twenty four hours been sleeping waking sleeping aking sleeping waking ... doped up because of my back.

A nice 5.3 this morning- even though the full on cold has now arrived! Took a week but now I have it! Can't taste, nose us a tap, throat is sandpaper, ears dead- full day at office ahead, but I'm smiling :)
Hope you feel better soon Kimbo - :)

Hope the back soon eases Jack
No chance Lou ... I'm stuck with it like this.
Some days are better than others is the best it gets.
Thanks for your kind thoughts though.

6.4 this morning (and 5.6 yesterday).

I know the feeling good days and bad days my chest and the melas can be like that. Let's hope more good days than bad. Take care

I've always been like that since my teens and wasn't diabetic , overweight etc .... and yes now I am diabetic ( thats not something I wanted to admit to this time last year ) I do now take care more . The eating often hasn't been a problem its just the large amounts when I do eat .Re meds I'm on metformin 500g x2 aday .

Re portion sizes, you are not alone. It was my greatest struggle to sit in front of a plate with mickey mouse sized servings. Thats why I weight my food, cant trust myself to just "judge" the helping . This way I can say to myself "how pathetic can you get by cheating a balance" .
Luckily its all habit and eventually we do get use to our new allowances.

Will look out for some :)
I put a tsp of peanut butter (organic and no additives) in my hot chocolate at night... oh boy, it makes it all worthwhile... :) I think it was Sable who gave me the idea... or Kimbo maybe... good anyway... :)

We have been in Doha for a lot longer than planned, thanks to thunderstorms galore - which means I ran out of tests on my cartridge... I wasn't expecting to need more so cannot give a reading today... the odd thing is I felt as though I hadn't had a liver dump this morning for the first time for ages... shame not to check it out... just packing to leave at 4... hoorah... home to my animals... :) :cat::cat::cat::cat: There are no turtles or fish pictures... :)
