That in itself can be a BIG problem...... Little and often can be far better for steady bs levels than feast or famine. But don't worry, you will get there. Was 5.4 when I got home from work at 8.30pm, had topsy Turvey day with meals, after my trial hot cross bun breakfast I had my bacon and mushrooms for lunch pre- work then supper of cold sausage and cheese with my hot chocolate and was 6.2 after that and had a couple squares of 70% dark with raspberry so all in all not too bad!
4.6 , got packing to do this morning, footie this afternoon and an early flight to Miami tomorrow morning, will try to keep up with the posts but timing is likely to be erratic.

Hi what does the lump of cheese do ..stop a liver dump ? did read somewhere to try a piece of cheese and some cider vinegar before bed5.7 @ 6.35 this morning,(May be the 30mins on the tredmill yesterday afternoon or the lump of cheese before bed.)
It is normally around 6.2.
