FREESTYLE LIBRE ON SALE!!!!

I really need to start logging food, exercise and insulin on my Libre so that everything is in one place rather than also having to spend time inputting data on to my iPhone app. What's really annoying though is that the Libre doesn't seem to allow 0.5 increments for insulin dosages?
I tried, but found it easier to log carbs and insulin on DiaConnect. Libre menu was just too limited.

I forgot my scanner today, too! Certainly made me realise how much I use it and rely on it now....felt lost without it!

Watching various groups on Facebook, it would seem that loads more people are becoming aware of the libre and the demand is just increasing. Glad I got in early!

Hi,

This probably has been asked before and I honestly tried to look through the pages but 136 pages is a bit too many to look through...
Has anyone tried wearing sensor on other sites than just upper arm? i.e thigh or stomach. Did it last as long and was it accurate?

I've not seen much on here about it, but the Facebook group reports people using stomach, inner arm and inner thigh without issues.

I'm going to try next one on inner arm as it's going on my right arm which has so far proved to be less accurate than my left

Inner arm sounds a bit iffy. Not sure i be comfortable with it on inner arm. Im debating whether to put new sensor an a thigh... i cant see why it wouldnt work just wanted to know if anyone tried. Cant get access to FB group.

I'm not sure about the thigh. I think I'm more likely to knock it off there than anywhere else!

The hospital fitted the Medtronic CGM I had for a week on my abdomen - that was OK, but I did find it a bit of a nuisance - it got in the way of some waistbands etc.

Smidge

Oh no, you've got the dodgy scanner must finger prick all the time bug :-/

How long has it been on?
