I used to log into MyFitnessPal when I was on a low calorie diet, and it was synced to Walkmeter so I could see what I'd consumed/burned each day. (This was before I was told I'm pre-diabetic).
However, MFP says 50% carbs, 30% fat and 20% protein, so I stopped logging in to it as I was advised here re LCHF diet which clearly doesn't correlate with MFP.
Obviously I'm trying to lose weight, but apart from an initial loss of 5lb when I first started low carbs, I've lost no more, despite sticking religiously to low carbs and walking around 5.5 miles every day.
Pretty fed up to be honest.
