7.1 this morning. Another rubbish result. The problem is that I do really well during the day with the diet and exercise then in the evening I ended up snaffling unintended extras :( Got to try harder.
Happens to us all.....well at least you and ME :D

Have tried it several times in Jakarta. Highly commercialised these days Nom, so it was rubbish. The best luwak I had was in Bali on the plantation itself. It was good but not spectacular. My taste buds prefer South American & African varietals to be honest. Plus, it was sad watching caged civets on the premises. Probably won't be doing that again.

6.4 this morning. fingers crossed I hit 6 by the weekend. :)

I've never tried the kopi luwak but, heard good things about it. These seem to be legitimate and animal friendly too - I can't justify that price though ... may be one day! ;)

I too enjoy Columbian and Costa Rican coffee as my favourites. :D

7.2 mmol / L this morning.
8.1 mmol / L at bed time.

Going to can the experimental carb loading pre bed time. It's not working for my blood glucose levels - especially my morning fasting ones! :( Even thoughI have noticed improved sleep quality. Will have to re-think this one a bit more.

Decided to fast to give my insulin resistance a kick in the rear end and my pancreas a bit of a rest. ;)

OK, I did eat a little more at lunch than I could have but burned over 500 calories (and beat yesterday's effort) this afternoon so all I have to do now is eat sensibly this evening!
