Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

5.0 today :joyful: I was sensible with food on my birthday but didn't record carbs or calories. Had three squares of galaxy chocolate when I was given a huge bar as a present then looked really kind by giving most of the rest away to the kids who were there :hilarious:

and after yesterday's gales.... it's raining this morning.... the grass is just not going to get cut.... and soon will be fit for a flock of sheep...

Liked but really not liked the horibile people I don't know how they can do these things. I have had my purse stolen a couple of years ago in a busy town centre its awful and makes you feel really I'll. We have even had a bag stollen from inside church and regularly get things stollen form the charity shop where I work.

I'm so sorry to hear about the theft @PatsyB . It's happened to me a couple of times over the years and I understand why it's making you feel ill. Let's just hope that the culprit(s) get their just desserts.

Sorry to hear some of you aren't feeling to well this morning must be that time of year I've got an infection after sneezing to hard and loosening a tooth 2 lots of antibiotics and back to the dentist tomorrow , walking around like I'm drunk can't get my balance
Still tomorrow is another day :wideyed:
 
Morning.

A nice 4.7 today before a day of fun at the Dartford Festival, which mainly involves a beer tent and live bands. Lots of us going to see The Feeling and a band called From the Jam which is Bruce Foxton from,....well you get the picture,

The food could go **** up but I'm sure the walking, dancing and jumping about will compensate.

Infections are nasty and do some wierd things hope the dentist goes OK
