I went out for a car very yesterday and had pork and Turkey with leeks in a mustard and cream sauce peas cauliflower cheese red cabbage in a red wine and vinegar sauce and a gravy made from meat juices red wine back and pickled onions. It was delicious I enjoyed every bit I didn't touch the potatoes parsnips or carrots and my bs was 6.3 after an hour. I've just had lunch plaice spinach and a tomato pan fried in butter. It took eight mins tasted great and I feel fine. Noshed and Brun are the gurus and I have tried to follow their advice absolutely. I came home to find loads of left over sweets from
Halloween last night ( we had been away and my daughter had got them
For the trick and treaters) I put them away in a sealed tin and told her to
Take them to school to share with friends. That way I don't eat them and she won't have too many either. My little boy who is 3 drank water all weekend and is eating very similar food to me. Sugar has been made the number one enemy in this house. Persevere and you will feel like a new woman! I can't say my weight is dropping off yet but I have a thyroid imbalance and am correcting that so hopefully I will get there in the end!!! EmmA
