i am very sad to hear the news.i was visiting my daughter in brisbane when the september one ha ppened and was happy nobody was killed then the shock of the terrible news last week.hoping you all keep safe and no more happen.my daughter was nearly hit by the floods stopped 3 doors away

i do tai chi and go to gym.tai chi does help to relax you and i sleep better on monday nights.thee are cheaper classes if you go to tai chi web site you will find them.

once you take a half atablet for diabetes then you get everything on perscription.i was about fifty and got everything free even bloodpressure tablets.but i was diagnosed with irratabowel and told to take peppermint tablets which hospital would have given me but doctor wont give prescription so...
i think there should be a way of sending old testers abroad like they do glasses i have also asked about this but there is no charity who accepts them :!:
