i am very sad to hear the news.i was visiting my daughter in brisbane when the september one ha ppened and was happy nobody was killed then the shock of the terrible news last week.hoping you all keep safe and no more happen.my daughter was nearly hit by the floods stopped 3 doors away

i have just been on a diabetic course and we were told not to take glucosamine or cod liver oil but i would consult my doctor if i was going to take it. :roll:

i went for my test in august and was told the computers at the scanning center are being up graded so i am still waiting for another letter when to go for the test again my doctor keeps telling me i have not had the test this year has any one else had this problem

i tried flora pro active and my readings gradually started to go up until after 4 weeks one day was 16 i stopped taking it and it went back to normal.let me know if you get the same affect with benecol please as my colestral went up a little.

there is an irish yougurt that has not got added sugar and the shape ones that are supposed to keep you full are no added sugar.if your husband likes juice he should only drink one small glass aday.fresh whole oranges are better as with all fruit

i do tai chi and go to gym.tai chi does help to relax you and i sleep better on monday nights.thee are cheaper classes if you go to tai chi web site you will find them.

once you take a half atablet for diabetes then you get everything on perscription.i was about fifty and got everything free even bloodpressure tablets.but i was diagnosed with irratabowel and told to take peppermint tablets which hospital would have given me but doctor wont give prescription so...

i think there should be a way of sending old testers abroad like they do glasses i have also asked about this but there is no charity who accepts them :!:

the only way is to go to doctor.fancy the chemist saying its high but donot worry.i went to doctor before i was diagnosed with pains in feet one doctor said it was artheritise he knew my mum was di abetic.then went to see another doc he sent me for test and i was diagnosed type2 this was...

i do use it most days on my porridge and it does not raise my readings anymore than if i use sweetners.
