My 79 year old grandmother eats barely anything, think older people don't need to eat as much especially if they aren't very active. I try and make sure she has at least one meal a day, usually she can't finish it all.
If you are described as being on the borderline for diabetes, does that mean you have it? As my nan has been described this way, but doesn't take any medication? :-/
