I was as well but a friend of mine started off taking 7 units but then gradually increased so i just kept that in mind[emoji28]

My experience had been a rollercoaster which we all know what its like[emoji28] I think diabetes needs to talked about more bc 90% of the time when you're telling people that you have it they presume it's to do with eating too much sugar etc... we all know the drill [emoji28]

I take 27 units in the am and 25 units roughly 12 hours later
