Hi, I'm Emma from London, England. I'm almost 19 and was diagnosed with Type 1, April 10th 2018. It would be great to find some diafriends who understands what I'm going through. Have great support at home with friends and family but they don't get the emotional side to everything

Hi, I was diagnosed almost 7 weeks ago and I'm 18. I just took each day as it came which made it a lot easier, trying to remain positive. I have had a ton of support from friends/family and have even met new people on forums with type 1. This has helped me by allowing me to ask any questions...

I went to urgent care where they did a pin prick test and it came up as HI so I was then taken to hospital by ambulance
