25 currently, currently coming to grips that I'm 26 this year. Mid to late 20s, not sure how I feel about that.
Though not a diabetic I grew up with a father suffering many consequences of type 2 and despite many changes he still does not change. My grandfather also suffered so I do monitor my own bloods and weight.
