Hi, I was diagnosed almost 7 weeks ago and I'm 18. I just took each day as it came which made it a lot easier, trying to remain positive. I have had a ton of support from friends/family and have even met new people on forums with type 1. This has helped me by allowing me to ask any questions...

I went to urgent care where they did a pin prick test and it came up as HI so I was then taken to hospital by ambulance

I had my first appointment with my dietitian today and was told that my diagnosis results were 767. Would anybody be able to tell me what this means? I'm not sure if this is my HbA1c result or not

Hi Lorna, I'm sorry for the late reply but I have only just seen your message. There's a lot to learn with the diagnosis but I think I have adapted quite well. How are you finding everything?
