i try to keep off all gluten and wheat i still do have some carbs in form of rice but i also watch portion size as well i east gluten free bread and pasta
back in December i had a HBA 1C of 50 just a few months ago i went on to gluten free foods had my blood test last week and was told my HBA 1C is now down to 38 if anyone is struggling why not see if gluten free can work for you to .... im still on my meds but things look good
hello all can anyone help i keep getting numb finger tips or tingling in them is this normal for diabetics or should i see my doctor about still getting up to speed with all this only been diabetic since December
has your doctors put you in touch with the nurse that deals with diabetes so things can be explained to you as for Hb1c this is checking you blood sugar levels i do mine at random times every day to see if different times of day show if im high or low im still learning about it as well
