I'm day 3 into this diet.
Will keep you posted on how it goes!
I've just done my bloods and was disappointed to see 8.2. I had had a coffee with sweeteners and some sugar free gum so I'm hoping that was why? Considering I haven't eaten since 7 last night and only drunk water I was hoping for...
I've been bad at doing them lately but here are my readings today.
8.1 fasting/pre breakfast
2 slices of Burgen soya/linseed toast. One with peanut butter, the other with flora and marmite.
10.3 2 hours after.

1/4 cup skimmed milk

Do I not take an hourly blood then and just wait for the 2 hours? My hourly blood after some porridge is 10.5.
I haven't done a fasting one because...
So I'm taking my bloods an hour after eating and 2 hours. What am I aiming for in terms of a good level? Is it about 5?
What would constitute a high reading? Does the hourly reading mean much?
Thanks!
Well yesterday I had 2 cookies and an ice lolly late at night plus some vodka and pretty much ate rubbish (bad day!) My waking blood was 9.2.
I had 2 slices of wholemeal toast and beans for brekkie. Within 30 mins I felt tired and my 1 hr blood was 13.0 my 2 hour was 8.6. I ended up having a...
