Am I addicted to soft drinks (Pepsi Max)?

I’m like that with chocolate. Not as bad as I used to be but still I can’t give it up. I used to eat ‘more to share’ bags of buttons for years. As long as I eat something chocolatey every day I’m ok.

    Anyone with Semaglutide experience?

I was on the injections for a year, I lost weight although I never lost my appetite and greatly reduced my HBA1C. But it made me randomly vomit and I had a continual feeling of dread. I had to stop taking it and the weight went back on. I’m now trying the tablet version.
