    2.8, have lots of problems controlling sugar levels at moment, highs in high 20's then dropping drastically

    4.3 today HbA1c 6.6 best yet, but since on insulin weight gone back up.

    B: porridge, lady grey tea L: 1/2 rack ribs,chicken bites, chips coleslaw & 1 pear cider(treat) D: crackers, chicken spread, 1/2 doz olives, plain alpro yog with homemade berry mix 1 diet lemonade Supper will be warm coconut or almond milk
