Hi I have been in remission since December but still got my flu jab and eye screening. What do I do about covid 19 do i still have to isolate for 12 from saturday??

Hi all. Got my latest HBA1C result on Friday I have reduced from 1st diagnosis of 119 to 38. I am 3lb off losing 3 stone since Xmas and now off of Metformin. Waiting on 3 month post Metformin check to see if I have reversed type 2 :-) So happy right now :-)

Hi, I have issues with having cold black/blue knees. Since then I have notices sometimes my feet go black/blue and also seeing my thigh veins pronounced and dark black/blue. Any ideas what this could be please??

I had my latest test results back. In October 2017 I was over 100. In December 2018 I was 73 this latest test....... 42!!!! I am so happy right now and my weight is coming down too. I would say I have lost at least 1.5 Stone since December :-) Thanks for all your support and ideas on this forum.

20.9 I mainly ate Chinese takeaway and had some mince pies. I am seeing my Nurse today as I can't get out of this eating slump.
