I am thinking of using Apple Cider Vinegar supplements, am I ok to take the capsules as a type 2 Diabetic??

Yeah. I poured it onto my goat cheese salads for a bit there, with olive oil... Only problem for me was that it was a migraine -trigger, but I loved the stuff. Drank it with every meal in my fizzy water too. Ah well.

I was told by my GP not take ACV as it will mess with the Digoxin heart medication I take.

Far better mixed with olive oil and some herbs to pour over salad. Used that way it is almost bound to help lower blood glucose as long as the salad is a real green leaf and additions one rather than an excuse for croutons or pasta
