I'm seeing a dietitian on the 9th September never seen one before does anyone know what will happen please. I have never in 10 years or so been told to restrict anything in my diet. I am classed as type 1.5 treated as type 2 which I'm also miffed about. I'm on insulin and a sglt2

when i saw him a few weeks ago he said there was no way i was type 2 but put me down as a 1.5 he has upped my basal insulin from 16 units twice a day to 32 units twice a day to get me into the target range of 4-8 which im still not in and took me off my fast acting for the time being

sorry yes it was pmol and no lucozade or sugary drink and my blood sugars were 12.1 11 years diabetic

just had my results of my cpeptide and it is 584 i have no idea what this means and nothing from my consultant can anyone help please

they have given me SGLT2 but im not to take it till she has had a consult with the diabetic specalists at the hospital on the 21st june

hi all I'm on insulin and my sugars are still unstable but the problem i have is i cant loose weight so I'm thinking of changing my diet but unsure as to what. my stomach lately balloons after eating a couple of slices of wholemeal bread i haven't had any today and its not so bad i was thinking...
