What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all.
7.0 9am.

Same fasting number as it was 10 years ago without metformin.

Diet doesn't seem to be affecting my b.s.as much since a few days on 1500 calories.
Too many carbs yesterday.
Have been hyper on the thyroid meds , too much joint knee pain so stopped thyroid meds today.
3 metformin as usual.
Can't make any medication adjustment till the coffee has gone for good hopefully planned next Sunday.

Frustratingly it was 6.4 this morning. Most mornings I've been getting 5.4 - 5.7 so I'm not quite sure why it's gone up. Yesterday was very low carb, about 30g (unless I missed something obvious) and I had a good session at the gym. Oh well. Hopefully tomorrow it'll be better!
