Hi everyone. I'm John, but usually all people call me Doe in Internet
- Include a photo here if you wish to. - nope...
- What is your name? - Well, I prefer everyone call me Doe
- How old are you? - I lost count a long time ago. I remember when they built the pyramids, I had counted, but later ... I don't remember count it again.
- Are you male or female? -I'm just one person only ..
- Which country are you from? - I am from a galaxy far, far away
- Which city/area do you live in? - Currently on Earth, but I won't be here forever.
- Are you religious? - No. I am diabetic (by the grace of God)
- Pick three words to describe your personality. - Only three?
- Do you have any pets? - I had them, but their loss hurt me deeply. And after the last one, I decided it wasn't worth the pain of losing them. Or worse, what will happen to them if you're the one who disappears?
- Microsoft or Apple? - Well, I prefer the abacus.
- Which sport(s) (if any) do you like/play? - To remain alive.
- Do you get angry easily? - I'd rather not answer you now. I'll do it when I calm down.
- Do you have any tattoos or piercings? If so, where? - I've been injecting myself for many years, and I've never liked having to do it. I never understood why people prick them for pleasure.
- List your five favourite musicians/bands. I liked all the music. But each one has a time and a place
- What would you say your favourite music genre is? - A lot of music of XX century. But when I see TV programs about that I feel depressed, because a lot of them are died or very older or worst: they continue singing!!
- What is your favourite flag? - The Earth's flag. A flag that represents the entire Earth as a unit. How much VIA (Very Important Area) is an area still much smaller than the Universe itself, which is what the conventional flags represent?
- Ever gone camping? - Yes. But when I was younger I did it. But not in a conventional way. Rather, standing on the grass or sand, looking up at the sky.
- Ever been in love? - Not in the past. I continue to be in love.
- Ever used fake tan? - No. But a lot of years ago I used a carrot-based tanning lotion: It took me very little time to get a tan and the same amount of time for my tan to fall off. The superficial skin fell off in very small pieces and the quickly fan dissapeared very, very quickly.
- Which countries have you visited? - I haven't visited enough. And now I don't even know how if I can go to the next city, much less to another country.
- Favourite city? - I'm still looking. When I find it, you'll be the first one I tell. But I would like a city that :
- you can live safelys and you don't need hidden that you are diabetics.
- you can get a blood test in any place and don't need to to hide to do it.
- the things that we need to survive not only can pay the rich, and they additional medicines for the disease should be considered essential products and not pay for them with taxes as if it were a luxury cars.
- all food should have carbohydrates listed, not out of obligation, but out of respect for others (who may need it; Maybe you, bussines man, or owner of factory is cheaper for you produce all kind of food without this information now, but maybe you'll need in a future too).
At end, a better place to live an where you can live without need to go bankrupt to survive.
By now I feel fear to travel in plane and more if I would go to foreigh place and I would need explain in another language all the things that I need to travel (no in english, imagine chinese or a lot of place that you maybe would like visit like: Cambodia, South Korea, Myanmar, Indonesia, Laos, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Yunnan .... Maybe you believe that is enought with the english. But I can inform you from now: No. A little quantity of people that you can find maybe speak english, but if you like to travel for inside and small cityes or villages, you'll not find them. (This is real case): in a importan rail station of Pekin, the person that was attending to ticket's sell and information, I asked him: Do you understand english? And yes, he knew replay me "I don't understand" (and nothing more).
- List your 5 favourite TV programmes. (In the next post)

- Are you wealthy? - Why? Would you be willing to propose a business to me if I were?
- Do you work? If so, as what? - Well, I worked all my life in the same work: survive. It is hard work.
- List the subjects you study/have studied. - First If I am rich, later if I am working, and all for this: Perhaps you are interested in my resume to offer me a job ?
- What do you like most about yourself? - Nothing. I'm not good enough at anything or any part of my body to be appreciated. I'm not a negative person, it's just the harsh reality.
- What do you like least about yourself? - Everything except the features listed above.
-I think this list is missing an important question: Have you ever felt discriminated against for being diabetic?
In my case, the answer is yes. And many times. I've been considered a damaged person. Considering that I've been an insulin-dependent diabetic since I was five and a half years old, I had no problem saying it until a certain age. From a certain point on, I saw that people discriminated against me for being diabetic. I've lost jobs because of it. People have tried to take advantage of me on certain occasions. Until now, I'd never dared to write about it or tell people (that I'm diabetic), since I consider it a weakness of my body, and people try to take advantage of weaknesses.
After that moment, I tried not to let those words come out of my mouth again, until now.
And it has cost me a lot to take this step and to be here now. I hope no one is offended by my answers.
