My bread make was a simple white loaf. I checked bloods a couple of times during the day, once around lunchtime when bloods were 5.8 which I felt was a little high and just before supper when bloods were 5.4. It will be interesting to see what my results are 2 hrs after supper.- let us know please. Before dx 10 years ago I’d bake almost every day. Not had a slice since but am sometimes tempted by the new slow rise sourdough’s!

Mine was 7.6 I’m really struggling at the moment - I’m on a rake of medication plus Toujeo. I’m now on a sensor and that depresses me even more as I now see the fluctuations from 3.8 up to 17. I’ve lost weight, I was 14stone and now 12, I exercise twice a week as I had a triple bypass in 2020. I’m 68 year old female and really would like to try to keep it level, I’ve been type 2 since 1995 - any advice appreciatedHello mates,
At a couple of the other forums I've frequented there was a thread like this one where we all sorta checked in each day, with our first cup of coffee or tea, and reported our fasting or waking blood glucose level and some short comment about whether we're ok with it or if not - why not?...
It worked well as a sort of 'first thread to check' each morning and post to.
I'll start.
This morning was a 5.6mmol for me. That's about normal for me
What about you?
