What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Happy Hump Day!
Woke up to 4.44 mmol/L this morning — right on target once again. It really seems like the dawn phenomenon isn’t an issue for me, since my fasting numbers have been consistently steady and right where I expect them to be.
And to top it off, we’ve got sunshine in the forecast all week here in the Santa Cruz Mountains, California.

Not surprised wi5 a 7.0 this morning….i feel like absolute ****. Intestinal pain all night and extremely nauseous….fear a bout of diverticulitis. So, no food today, see if I can get away with no antibiotics. I’m pretty ******….
So, no gym…dang.
Did do the lake walk yesterday and yes, there was snow….rotten melting snow. We were the crowd and the dog was so happy, ball chasing heaven. It was a hard walk though and I was pooped at the end.
I’m just resting a bit but may hit Costco (very close to us) for some flowers as the roses hubby got me have all wilted.
Trying not to have a pity party
