What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Six point one this morning
Morning Folks, Interesting Dilema: Libra 2+ 12.6 Blood Glucose meter 9.1 Novamix 30 21 units Oral Meds: CoAmilafruse 5/40 mg, Tensipine 20mg, Dapagliflozin 10mg, Vit B12 Rose Hip Stopped taking Metformin in the morning to avoid sitting on toilet all day.

My fasting insulin was at a great level, 37. But with my fasting glucose at 6.4 it makes my HOMA IR 1.8….lower than the threshold of insulin resistance….sure wish I could get that fasting glucose down to really improve that number
Today’s gym was shoulders, biceps and triceps. A few abs and a body weight hang (up to one and a half minutes). 20 min walk.
Enjoying some tea now

Gym was a chest and back day before an appointment. Did a we bit of shopping before I came home.
Just back from a lovely walk, the ponds are brimming with ducks, koots, geese and muskrats.
