Hi I have just joined this forum. I always measure my fasting glucose in the morning around 7-8 am and most of the time above 6. But recently I am using a CGM and it shows up until 6:30-7am it is nice and steady around 5-5.5 and then it spikes to > 6 (dawn phenomenon). I am not worried any more6 9 today
Actually it has felt really good to start a new term @ianpspurs . Am at the pub up the road, enjoying a lovely lunch before my next 1:1.4.8 this morning. Breezy but a bright start to the week here in L.A. @Krystyna23040 enjoy the new term/year? Peace be with you.
Thanks. The only time it's been above 6 recently was after eating out last week when I think I must have been dehydrated after a great deal of feta cheese in the Greek salad I'd ordered.6.0 again this morning. Which is rather good as i had the munchies yesterday evening.
I wish my fbg was as good as yours after the munchies @Mrs Redboots. 5.4 after munchies is amazing
