Hi Chris. Not sure if you've already looked into this but, with regards to retinopathy troubles, myself and other people on this forum are using a sleep mask called noctura, which can be of help! Other recommendations: keep your BG well controlled, avoid BG swings, don't smoke, keep your cholesterol and blood pressure within the norm or lower. And, for any reason, don't let diabetes put you down!
