100mg was ok, however increased to 300mg and oh boy. Been on increased dose for couple of days and I developed thrush like never before (I am female).In less than a month am on my second bout of thrush. I'm taking meds to combat it but what's the point - I'm taking one that causes the situation and another to stop it. In my situation it's not been worth it. Good luck.
