What Does IT Mean When It Says LOW CGM??

It may well have been because you were sleeping on the sensor. If so sitting up and checking the reading again should tell you. however with a reading that low over more than one or two minutes it would be sensible to check with your blood sugar meter just in case.

Adult bed wetting when hypo in sleep help ?

Do you have the alarms set on your libre? I’d be inclined to increase the level they are set at so that they warn you before you drop that low.

    Low carb food company flour

Has anyone used this flour from the low carb food company for anything other than bread or pizza making? I tried it in crumble which seemed ok but I think it is much lighter than normal flour so suspect less is needed if substituting for normal flour in recipes. Any experiences would be...

    Dairy-based desserts?

I use this recipe for a basic fool substituting with rhubarb, blackcurrants or raspberries depending what I have in. There isn’t much sugar here and I substitute a small amount of sweetener. But if you don’t mind sharp berries you could leave it out. Or swirl melted dark chocolate in. Mmm dark...

    Arrrgghh Low carb not working….

Stress, infections, injuries can easily put blood sugar up so I suspect your body repairing itself after the operation might well be a factor. Also I wear a CGM and (being a lady of a certain age) can very clearly see that every time I have a hot flush my blood sugar goes up. So if you have...

Type 2 Recording Carbs in Shuggah

I do record carbs as it’s the easiest way to remember when I ate and what spike follows. It definitely also shows me that not all carbs provoke the same response. in addition I use an app called neutracheck which calculates the carbs from my meals and allows me to remember what I have eaten...
