    People with CGM

    traveling abroad

    Sweating at night

    This might explain my high sugars some mornings after normal bs the day before!! It doesn't happen every night and I don't wake, just notice that during the night I've stripped off at some point and have soaked sheets!!! Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

    Night time hypo??

    It's a very unusual level for me to wake up with, a few years ago I suffered with night time hypos and changed my basal type. I test 7 times a day so to see that was a bit strange for my usual data. Thanks guys!! Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

    can anyone tell me what is an acceptable amount of carbs to eat.

    Carbs and cals also have an app, really good for when eating out, has pictures of portion sizes and has most foods in it. I didn't realise how much I could eat either insulin free or low carb till I got it. Good luck x Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
