    Haha all of us can have curries, just be selective. Bacon curry is great as no Carbs. With regards to beer its not a problem, its great for controlling BS.

    I believe people take it before bedtime to reduce their fasting reading in the morning. I'm trying to find out how much to take and the best time to take it. Some real examples would be helpful :)

    What's the lowest you've been?

    When you know you are really low do you ever put off getting food? I have done that a few times but managed to finally convince myself to eat something. If i get a reading below 3 (which is very rare) i get the strangest thoughts, scary stuff.
