    Boiled eggs , or string cheese - I did 2 of these in morning for years , or 1 green pepper , chew sugarless gum - if it dont trigger sweet craving for you , or 1 tomato , keep drinking water- if you can .

    It happens with me - hairloss , I would say it slows down for me , its normal to lose 50-80 hairs a day Diabetic or not.

    Taking care of myself is #1 for awhile now and so important , because I took and still do care of others also.

    I just quit eating sugar , high carbs , and got serious about it , it wasnt easy but worth it and the weight loss worth it ,... Its a life time eating change I decided I had to make and have , the cravings go away your palate changes and then its easy really , I chewed sugarfree gum instead...
