    Enjoy the bike! But don’t forget to pedal! We did 25km on our rental bikes on our holiday. Loved going so far. Husband’s one was nearly flat batter on return as he had not used his legs much. It can still be exercise if you pedal!

    Because say I have 1 serve of crackers ( vita wheat multigrain ) with tofu my bgl level 2.5 hours later was 10.4. I can’t just keep moving after every meal, getting tired.
