I went to doctors last Friday they took my blood pressure was 145/94. so i was shocked she checked it 8 times and wasn't happy with my result. so I got another's doctors appointment on Tuesday for another check up I bit worried about it. I am also worried as I am diabetic type 2.

I had one on my face a month ago I was admitted to hospital as it was infected its healed up now. But went to see the face specialist Wednesday gone and I got to go back in six weeks to have it surgically removed as its started to fill up again :(.

Been a diabetic for nearly two weeks I am still finding it hard to adjust to my new diet. I find food shopping quiet daunting too not sure on how many carbohydrates I can have still waiting to see a diabetic nurse.
