    Regular moderate exercise log

    I would quit doing housework @srobertson06 ... I do. There are just so many other things to do (work / hobbies / do lunch) Saying that though - I am going to sign up for a month at the gym on Tuesday and get the Doc's OK on Wednesday for that .... haha

    Is there such a thing as drinking too much? Not alcohol but diet drinks or water.

    I have no idea whether it can do harm - but do you have enough salt in your diet? edited to add: I have just consulted my friend Google who thinks a lot of people drink that much in order to help them lose weight ...

    I would give the surgery a call on Tuesday just to confirm. I had bloods taken, but had to wait a week after my visit to the doc because they are only supposed to be taken at a minimun, at 2 month intervals (the doc showed me the warning that came up on the screen when he printed out my test...

    I dont know ..... A colleague has said that if I join, so will she. I am now leaning towards a monthly subscription but think £35 a lot of money per month ... I know I would have access to gym, pool and exercise classes but ....

    Vision Issues

    I was diagnosed not so long ago with a blood result of 23.5 I came down to single figures within a week or so too and also became unable to read books and my far sight for driving became really sharp - it all sorted itself out within a couple of weeks for me, so hopefully will do so for you...

    @Nidah Fortunately my doc says that not everything is diabetes related .... its worth asking your doc if you can have some additional blood tests carried out Make a list of the things you are feeling, tiredness, drained etc .... I often get to the doc and forget what I even went in for Good luck

    Had my bloods done a few days ago and phoned the GP to get the results (he agreed to reduce my Glic if my levels went down to 60) I was only thinking about that when I phoned, but receptionist said I was to make an appt as my bloods were abnormal and there was a note about possibly going on...

    Every few days - more than that is disheartening as I don't seem to be able to loose the weight Bloods tested again and hopefully results tomorrow ....
