    Hi @midschick1 welcome to the forum. you are among friends. Don't be afraid to ask questions, there are no stupid ones. There is a lot of information here read what you want, but take your time as some (me) found it confusing or over whelming.

    Gives you boost when you get good results, That's some rowing i got up to 1000 meters, it nearly killed me, so i now use a cross trainer can do 1 hour around 11 KM and swim about 1 mile in an hour. not managed both on the same day yet.

    Hi Maggie, Fantastic weight loss, keep up the good work, The nurse was not to happy about my LCHF diet, so i asked her to explain what was so bad, Weight down cholesterol down HbA1c down, She could not answer. They must have a script. Great that your nurse knew about it.

    Had the results of my last HBA1C today. Drum roll please 47, Top end of pre diabetic but down from 74 in Feb and 68 in May. I would like to thank all of you that supported me when i was "Having a Wobble". Now to carry on the hard work and see if i can get the next one below 42.

    Hi Maggie, HBA1C came back today at 47, That's the top end of Pre Diabetic. I'm really pleased with it after all the stress.

    I will let you know, Don't start getting to scared, I have a saying "Don't let your bucket get full" in other words don't try to learn everything in one go. Take your time, It gets easier, we all have bad days and we all are still learning.
