61 (3.3) is low, I was told anything under 70 is low. when I fall under 70 I feel the same way week and tired. But I am new only 4 weeks now, but have been under 70 a number of times and always feel week and have to take a sugar pill or eat something.

You can remove if this is already posted, I've searched but didn't see it. I am from Alaska and would like to see what other do for breakfast. I had 2 hard boiled eggs, 4 sausage links, and 2 cups of coffee with sugar free cream. How about you?

I am kind of confused about how many carbs I should have a day. does it matter if it's "good Carbs" or "bad Carbs"? I've done really well at getting my BS in line bit would like to now what I can have. I miss my PIZZA! Got any good ideas?

97 or 5.3, best it's been in the morning for the 3 weeks I've been diagnosed and tracking.

Just dropped under 70 or 3.6 again. doctor says to stay on what I am doing and not to make the next increases in meds. it will be nice when we can get this leveled out. last 7 day average is 105 or 5.8, much better then the 277 or 11.1 I started at 3 weeks ago.

I have Weather's and they use Acesulfame as a sweetener is that ok? they are really good!
