how much spray do you need to apply?

    Mg and K

that's based on keto recommendations, gleaned form r/keto on reddit. This would include all salt intake. If that's incorrect i would love to be corrected, but the reason given is due to low carb being diuretic, flushing out a lot of sodium

    Mg and K

you need at least 6g salt a day. low carb tends to flush out sodium, particularly keto. again ymmv
  4. G

    Mg and K

sure, but you get 85g worth which won't last much beyond a week. I'm afraid for me that's out of my budget. ymmv

No idea. I supplement these and have done so ever since i changed my diet as that is consistently advised. It may well be that I get enough, but K is required in a high amount so I'm not sure about that

Himalayan salts are out of my price range, but i'm really talking about K and Mg. Losalt is recommended for K, but it's not pure

    Mg and K

Are there any good sources of Magnesium and Potassium that don't rely on chemicals and bulking agents? Losalt, like table salt, has some scary looking anti-bulking agents added, and I've yet to find a Magnesium supplement (I take Citrate capsules from Holland and Barrett) also have these kinds...

    Endogenous vs Exogenous Ketones

i tried adding some butter, i felt awful for doing so. A little bit of olive oil, or butter just to fry with is fine, but adding the amounts that some people advocate (such as stephanie ketoperson on youtubes who advocates 200g of the stuff a day)? No chance the idea of constantly measuring...

    Endogenous vs Exogenous Ketones

I don't think the claim is that fat makes you fat as clearly that's not true. It's that, if you eat a lot of fat- consume exogenous ketones - then your body won't burn them endogenously. It doesn't need to since it's getting all it needs from dietary fat. Presumably then, if true, this is why...

    Endogenous vs Exogenous Ketones

Yes i ask across multiple forums, if that's a problem then by all means ignore. GNG is demand driven, you won't necessarily experience it, nor know that you are. But everyone's body does it. If they couldn't they'd die without carbs. The article speaks about ketones, if you are burning fat you...

    Endogenous vs Exogenous Ketones

depends what is considered low fat. or high protein.

    Endogenous vs Exogenous Ketones

In this article about protein a few claims are made that seem counter productive https://optimisingnutrition.com/2017/06/03/why-do-my-blood-sugars-rise-after-a-high-protein-meal/ If you want to lose weight you need to eat endogenous ketones - less dietary fat in other words. But consequenlty...

    Zero carb/no plant food

Is there a danger of overeating protein? THis is something that the low carb community cannot reconcile. I personally can't do less than 100g protein a day, yet there are others who swear you must stick to the macro of about 70g a day (on average) because too much, for wahtever reason, isn't...

    Zero carb/no plant food

That's the point of contention, and I'm not entirely sure how true it is. perhaps someone can clarify

    I've already answer this question

    Zero carb/no plant food

tesco's minced beef with the most fat i could find was 11g fat/100g tescos chicken thighs+skin are 17g/100g. Fatty meat is not easy to find these days. Butchers might supply it but most butchers don't tell you how much fat is in the product, and are unfortuantely very expensive.

    Zero carb/no plant food

I eat primarily chicken+skin, with some pork for breakfast. I'm not sure that would be sufficient without plants to supplement. I must say i don't really have a taste for beef, and try as I might liver, while heavily nutritious, is just 'orrible!

    Zero carb/no plant food

Certainly, but my concern is that, oftentimes, diet related health issues don't manifest except over a long period of time. I don't really feel comfortable enough trying it and would be concerned that, given i already eat quite a bit of protein, upping that amount might be genuinely problematic...
