    Yep weird , I suffer from depression and use exercise as a coping aid, i always feel good after a workout , all those feel good endorphins being released, I consume some (15g) carbs beforehand as that seems to help.....but thats for heavy resistance training 5.0 is a good figure, so cant see...

    Yep, there were none similar at Aldi, but I was up early for an appointment so was at Lidl at 8.00am and out with a half dozen rolls at 8.02am , lovely and warm, have not tried them yet (smelt great tho) and have sliced each into thirds and frozen.........:)

    Lol used to look a bit like that :) but have had a fair few problems dealing with this disease, tho getting back on track now albeit at a smaller size....... Will look in Aldi tomorrow and see what they have..............

    Its IMO worth a try , I am hoping to do so in the future, you wont do much harm as its the long term that's the problem, so I feel its ok to experiment for a few days/weeks ............. Tried it myself a year or so ago but in hindsight I should not of as my bloods were not low...

    To be fair 8.8 is only .3 above the 8.5 limit for after meal levels , so dont worry and have the occasional treat :)

    Yep what Catlady said :) in most of us its the highest reading of the day , so when you get your bloods sugars down overall that will drop as well.........
