    Dexcom iOS news

By "us" do you mean the UK? If so, that is good news. I've been using the Sugarmate app to display the readings on my watch, which works pretty well. I am still looking forward to trying out Dexcom's app when released, though. I heard that the Dexcom complication only updates every 15 minutes...

Faster Insulin Aspart: Finally in the wild and in my hands!

I meant for the purposes of general prescription. I assume that there is something holding it up if you had to carry out shenanigans to get a hold of it.

Faster Insulin Aspart: Finally in the wild and in my hands!

I have had a quick Google for this and the best estimates I've seen as to availability are first half of 2017. Do we anything more than this at this stage?

    First HbA1c following diagnosis

Thanks for your reply Grantgam and words of encouragement. As I say, I know it is not a bad result; I just don't feel that it reflects the control i've had over the past 3 weeks or so particularly, which is to be expected seeing as that is not the period being tested :) Good point about the...

    First HbA1c following diagnosis

I had my first HbA1C test post diagnosis yesterday, having been diagnosed roughly 7 weeks ago. The consultant told me that it was realistically too soon for this to tell us much but I guess they were testing for other things anyway. On diagnosis my HbA1C, after having pretty bad symptoms for...

    Shock Horror

Toasting was a huge success in my book - the rubber to carbs ratio was much improved.

What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

First time in this thread. Here we go: B: Banana (5.5 mmol/l) L: 2 boiled eggs, spinach leaves, chicken breast (4.8) Snack: Large apple (5.1) D: 1 slice low carb bread, 2 rasher of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs (4.8). Hopefully the bread doesn't ruin a solid day.

    Shock Horror

Just picked some up from a different Lidl. Also got this to try from Planet Organic (7.2g carbs a slice). Never been more excited for bread. http://www.planetorganic.com/profusion-ryeflax-bread-250g-250g/18075/

    Lidl Low GI Rolls

This was the response I got from Lidl's customer services. The dream is over. Re: Availability of High Protein Roll Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the above item. Unfortunately this item is not available in our stores at the moment and I am unable to provide a specific...

Anyone Type 1's Between 18-30 Here?

Hi, I'm 25 and diagnosed T1 about a month ago. Everything is going well at the moment. Possibly the honeymooning luring me into a false sense of security but I'll take it for what it is for now. Injecting 4-5 times a day on basal/bolus but relatively on low doses.

    Lidl Low GI Rolls

Does anyone know where in London Lidl sell these high protein rolls? I tried my local one with no luck today.
