    That's true if you have no problems going back to a carb free diet. I thought I was fine, I went straight back on it, but I found it really really hard to stick to and real life stress simply made me give in to temptation.

    My Oppo enjoyment was short lived :( Asda will no longer be stocking it. I double checked with Oppo and they confirmed it. Only have a small sainsbury near me and that doesn't have it. So to get it, I will need to make a 30 mile round trip to Norwich, which isn't going to happen :(
