    Yes we spoke in detail about porridge. It does not matter what i eat my levels can go somewhere between 13-19 2hrs after meals

    I'm on metformin and linagliptin. My average day is porridge for breakfast, salad for lunch and some sort of meat with either pasta or once a week chips. My nurse said my eating is ok .Just worried as away at weekend

    Hi im on 4x metformin 1xlinagliptin. The doctors also tried dapaflozin but i was really ill on it. They then changed it to gliclazide in which is also making me feel rough. The doctor is talking about trying another tablet does anybody know what this would be please.

    My typical days meals are porridge for breakfast. Sandwich for lunch and either meat or pasta for tea and obvisouly i train every other day for at least between 1 and 2 hours
