    Woke at 6am and it was 11 took a correction back to sleep then woke at 9am at 5.5! If I hadn't woke and corrected at 6am tho I'd be in the teens. I'm usually up around 730am but havnt been sleeping well of late zzzzz lie ins don't go well for diabetics!

    COLD WEATHER

    It doesn't effect my sugars but I do find it difficult to blood out once I finger prick! Always have cold feet and I can't sleep with socks on either but my hot water bottle is great :)
