    I love exercise classes! mine are usually at least an hour any VERY intense. Circuits / boot camps / HITT / Boxercise. I just make sure my readings are a little higher than normal, eat something high carb before hand, bread, porridge etc and inject less than i normally would = all ok.

    I personally run 3K every other day and usually start with higher readings to stay safe, sometimes higher than you and after the run they can be down to normal 4-8mmol. I dont see this to being a problem. It depends if you may continue to drop or weather you continue to do more exercises.

    Lower your carbs and calories less to what you consume per day = you will loose weight. Do more exercise to burn calories including building muscle = You will loose fat and gain weight in muscle = more toned muscle defined body. And be slimmer. All good :)

    I know everyone is different but i have always said allot of people are injecting far to much insulin or just what there doctors told them. (Do they have diabetes?) I do allot of circuit / HITT training classes - a least 1 hour each session and if your not sweating your not training hard enough...

    I change it when it feels blunt. I doubt it will affect the readings really. All health and safety rubbish. I cant be bothered to keep changing it tbh. I have it on 10 anyway as im still scared of pushing it down hard evern on a lower number lol.
