    6.1 mmol / L this morning - earlier alarm and only marginally more sleep than the night before. Failed to take a pre bed reading - it happens! LOL

    6.4 mmol / L after a sleep deprived night. Pre bed reading of 4.7 mmol / L in the early hours of this morning.

    6.8 mmol / L on waking - was 5.7 mmol / L going to bed. 6.7 mmol / L prior to Bullet Proof Coffee. 5.6 mmol / L 1 hour post prandial. 5.3 mmol / L 2 hours post prandial. Running slightly higher due to Ibruprofen for inflamed tendon.

    @AndBreath & @Brunneria You're not alone - I'm concerned @alliebee is at increased risk of a hypo after the insulin. Great minds think alike ... ... fools seldom differ. ;P Glad to see @alliebee is on top of things - stay on the ball there! :)

    More scary than strange. Hope you're OK - the insulin will sort it out. What on earth could cause that dramatic rise? Be careful monitoring now you've taken the insulin - wouldn't want you to dramatically drop into hypo territory. Take care.

    I don't understand that either - isn't it libel / slander or something? At best it's misleading. Perhaps a mistake in the "cut & paste" of the post creation? Feels a bit like I would imagine it feels to read a 'daily rag' with there sensationalist headlines.
