    My feet and legs trouble me, burning and thrombin especially at night, I'm wondering how others deal with this problem, I've mentioned to Dr and Nurse but they just seem to insinuate it is symptoms of diabetes and nod sympathetically but offer no advice.

    As some of you may know, I had to go onto insulin during a spell in hospital in Feb and BS in the teens. I was advised to take insulin 15 minutes before eating, I wondering if others agree with this timing?

    Weetabix is very high in carbs, did you know that and adjust insulin accordingly? (Because you did have low carb bread after, I can't help but wonder whether you No I didn't check. It was what they gave me hospital, so maybe back to porridge.
