    Have you mentioned this to your doctor? I am now very active (at least 7k min steps each day plus other gym and water activities) - but have not lost weight either. I had tests done and have been diagnosed with under active thyroid. Its so frustrating reading about people eating less and...

    Went to the gym this morning, did a stint on the cycle and one on the treadmill. Tried some machines for top body workout - but sort of gave up - but tonight its Aquacise .... I do admit to having been so tired I had a nap this afternoon. I am sure I will feel better on my return later this...

    I hear where you are coming from - my other half does just about all of the cooking (his choice) ... and also gets huffy when I complain about too much on my plate, too many carbs, etc etc. My other half also has diabetes, but I am hoping that with a lot of patience and showing him my BS test...

    5.7 Back to the normal grindstone now after a few days away - I am very happy with result this morning.

    I have been away for a few days - last night at this time I was eating a Chinese meal in Liverpool's China Town ... I have however, been walking about 15k steps each day I was there ... Looking forward to my aquacise on Thursday night and if I am not working on Tuesday, will nip in for a stint...

    6.5 I got away with it. I am having a few days away, yesterday had chips, Bulmer cider and a pie .... oh, and an ice cream .... walking it off though, 14,500 steps

    How do you know what your levels are, or what foods spike you? Even when the doc takes me off prescription strips, I will buy my own as I feel its a way of knowing where I stand (good or bad)
