    A week and I’m not able to get enough energy in to make it to the main meal. I’d normally have bread or something to help me get to the next meal but now i’ve so few option (i like or to be honest afford!)

    I’m going hypo alot (2.2-4) since I’ve actively stopped eating carbs and am starving all the time and irritable. Keto diets etc don’t work for me in general and breakfast is my biggest challenge as can’t get to lunch without a headache and no concentration any advice

    try not focus too much in the HbA1C is a measure over time (3 months). Keeping your levels in range and proper dieting and exercise is what’s needed. You have anxiety fo a change is numbers will possibly make you more anxious but good news is you HbA1C is going the right way. Well done.

    Thanks. I didn’t realise XDrip did it worth our the MM. However can’t get xDrip and the libre2 to talk but am changing one tomorrow so let’s hope that behaved. thanks for coming back. I don’thibk when I started using L2 xDrip was a feature. or if so I missed it.

    i use it to get a CGM read. I use it with Xdrip on iphone as as I’ve lost it ai keep forgetting to scan before and after and only noticed going hypo when i felt sick this evening 2.6!

    There is cardiac which is why I have to be careful. Sorry I should have said I’m not a meat lover. I won’t eat any red meat - detest it. Fish and poultry yes. And I eat lots of it.

    It varies to be honest. I think that’s it. It’s not enough protein. So yes, I’d have maybe one egg, and not a huge amount of cheese. My tricylades is OK but don’t want to get it high as I don’t want to end up on Statins as well.

    Yes it does. No starchy carbs - potatoes / pasta etc. I eat more salads and not a red meat eater. Little bread (although love it) Being Irish not being able to eat a spud is hereracy to me!

    Has anyone ever had problems of Libres coming off within a couple of hours of adding them? I just sent Abbot France where I’m based an update but have gone through 3 sensors in 3 days and stopped using. It maybe the heat and sweat but that should be factored into the adhesive pad I’ve have...

    More than wobbly had to go to bed. I’ve stopped the keto and today had a moderate brunch. First time my bg above 100 / 5.3 mmol
